ShippingWe do our best to ship out our orders as soon as we can. When we ship your item, you will receive an email confirmation. A tracking number will also be include in that email to let you see just how close the package is to being delivered.
Return Policy

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited lifetime warranty. We will replace any item that has a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal use (at our discretion). I'm a Pre-K or Kindergarten teacher. Can I sit on the Vidgets that I use for my kids? Will they hold me?Yes, you can sit on the Vidgets. While we only certify the safety & durability for the age/weight range we list on the individual sizes, the Vidgets are sturdy and will support an average adult without causing immediate damage to the Vidget. We need to conduct further testing to see the long term effects on Vidget.
We do offer teen-adult sized Vidgets. These will be appropriately sized for most adults. My old Vidgets aren't fitting together correctly with ones I just purchased. Why is this?During summer 2016, we updated the design of Vidget based on customer feedback. As a result, some of the dimensions have changed slightly. Small and medium vidgets received before Summer 2016 (model numbers VG-12-1001 and VG-14-1001) may not stack or nest correctly with new Vidgets purchased.
Moving forward, we will be shipping all updated models. Feel free to call us with any concerns. 800.312.3172 One of my Digit Widgit blocks doesn't balance...Natural wood varies in density. This can make some Digit Widgit blocks vary from precisely our ideal weight. If your kit has a block that doesn't balance, we will replace the block.
