Students enjoy using the Vidget in the classroom in a variety of ways, from writing to role playing. The chairs appear to help the children focus and help with proper posture at the writing center. Students who sit in the chairs participate more and demonstrate greater self-management. I am extremely excited and grateful to have these "tools" as part of my classroom.

The little bumpy things are helpful. The movement of the chair is helpful. Basically the whole chair is helpful.

Attention is better

Students are able to focus

Wonderful hands-on math activity
The director sends out a monthly newsletter of new items added to the lending library and the Digit Widget caught my eye to use with my students who have severe intellectual disabilities. I will have to return the Digit Widget in a few weeks to the lending library, but I will be asking my principal to see if there are funds available so that I can purchase the kit.
